Stable at all speeds

To keep this streamliner stable at all speeds, it s important for the bike to have the same attitude whether accelerating or decelerating.   Any small changes could have an adverse affect on the aerodynamics, creating lift or dive, or even develop into a high speed wobble. As nobody really knows how a bike will behave at 400mph, it s best to be very cautious with the design.
