Q I have lost my password
A If you have lost or forgotten your password you can get another one by going to the login page.
Q I have lost or forgotten my username
A If you have lost or forgotten your username you can get use the “Lost your password” facility to login with your email address that used to join up with and get a new password advice which will include your username.
Q Opt out of / unsubscribe from emails
A If you do not want to be sent any emails by us you can either use our contact us page or email us
Q Can change my username?
A No, but you can change the other details in the website records.
Q How can I change my email contact details?
A To change the details in the website records you need to log in. Then visit your profile in the dashboard. Select what you want to change and enter the new details. Go to the bottom of your profile and hit the Update Profile button.
Q Can I gift a membership to a friend?
A Yes. You can pay for your friends membership. The Angelic Bulldog Association member-only content parts of the site only allow each email address to be used once. We recommend that you enter your friends email address that way they will get the welcome email with their username and password sent to them.
Q Can I upgrade my membership?
A Yes. Please contact us so we can make the necessary arrangements to upgrade from Bronze to Silver.
